🏠 Hopewell Residential Proudly Partners in Affordable Housing Initiative
Hopewell Residential is proud to partner with HomeSpace Society to build Hope Heights, a 35-suite affordable rental building in Crescent Heights, Calgary, funded by over $12 million from various government levels and partners, aimed at providing safe housing and support services to vulnerable residents, with completion expected in Fall 2024.
Our Purpose is to build a better tomorrow -- one person, one home, one neighbourhood at a time. That's why we're thrilled to partner with HomeSpace Society in the construction of Hope Heights, located in the vibrant community of Crescent Heights, Calgary.
With 35 rental suites, Hope Heights is an affordable rental building poised to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable Calgarians. In addition to affordable rent and safe housing, residents will have access to wrap-around support services, ensuring they have the resources and assistance they need to thrive.
The significance of this project is underscored by the generous funding it has received from various levels of government and partners. With over $12 million in combined funding from Hopewell Residential, the Governments of Canada, Alberta, and the City of Calgary, Hope Heights is set to become a cornerstone of the community.
Hopewell Residential is honoured to have contributed $1.4 million towards this initiative through the former RESOLVE Campaign. As the final building of the RESOLVE campaign, which saw 11 Calgary homebuilders collectively raise $75 million for affordable housing, Hope Heights represents the spirit of unity and compassion that defines our city.
Together, with our partners and the community, we look forward to seeing Hope Heights come to life. We anticipate this building being ready for its new residents in Fall 2024 -- stay tuned for updates!
