At Hopewell Residential, our purpose is clear: we’re in the business of building a better tomorrow — one person, one home, one neighbourhood at a time. Recently, we had the privilege of joining forces with HomeSpace, the City of Calgary, and representatives from the provincial and federal governments to open Hope Heights, an affordable housing development that will positively impact young moms, families and seniors.

This 35-unit complex is more than just housing; it represents hope, stability, and opportunity for individuals and families who need it most. With a focus on affordability and inclusivity, Hope Heights serves people who need safe, affordable housing, creating an intergenerational community where people can thrive together. The agencies that have partnered with HomeSpace to match residents with the right Hope Heights homes for them are Highbanks Society and McMan Youth, Family and Community Services Association of Calgary & Area.

We are incredibly proud to be part of this project, which is part of the former Resolve Campaign, and addresses Calgary’s critical need for affordable housing. This work reflects our ongoing commitment to giving back to the communities we help build and ensuring that everyone has a place to call home. Together, we’re not just building homes — we’re building brighter futures.
